User Rights
VOYALEX services, seller purchases and personal data have different request channels.
Activity recording and your rights
With your permission we record hotel views, searches, filters, room/agency offer comparisons and redirect clicks linked to your signed-in account to improve the service. Only authorized administrators can access them. We exclude search text, passwords, payments, identity details, IP addresses and URL parameters. Records are retained for up to 30 days; permission expires after 180 days. Your choice does not affect the service. You can withdraw permission and erase history at any time.
Creating an account does not allow activity tracking. You can later turn recording on or off and erase history from the Privacy menu.

Seller transactions
Contact your seller about payment, confirmation, changes and refunds. VOYALEX reviews matters concerning its own service. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.

Consult the separate KVKK notice for information, correction, conditional erasure/destruction and other rights and methods. Exercising rights does not require blanket consent.

Secure evidence
Send only what is necessary; never send card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Keep requests and replies for your own records.
